The leadership team currently consists of the founders who believe that we need a global financial system that eliminate the delays that currently make international banking difficult and time consuming.
The number one reason Mr. McElfresh founded the bank was the near global meltdown of the current financial system in 2008 and 2009. After doing considerable research on banking systems in the USA and other countries it was determined that not one bank anywhere could float a loan of 3 trillion dollars to finance (as an example) a starship of any kind. To finance the space industry Mr. McElfresh decided what was needed was a global banking system that was truly an international or global bank.

Ms.Oliveira is a founder, shareholder, and director and was Deputy Head of Risk Management at ARC International Investment Group, Inc. since July 2006, prior to which she had been Chief Risk Management Officer at AmerinRio Carnival Group since 2001.
Ms. Oliveira is currently President/CEO of AmerinRio, Inc an American registered IRS 501 (c) 3 non-profit and international NGO with offices in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Ms. Oliveira divides her time between the two organizations and is assisting us in the organization of 1st Space Financial Institution, Inc.
Ms.Oliveira was Deputy Head of Risk Management at ARC International Investment Group, Inc. since July 2006, prior to which she had been Chief Risk Management Officer at Carnival Group since 2001.
Ms. Oliveira holds a bachelors of science degree from Universidade do Amazonas.

Sonny Franco
Mr. Franco has served as Chief Financial Officer since December 2013, shareholder and serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Franco holds a MBA, MSA.

William (Bill) Kemp
Mr. Kemp recently joined our team as CTO and has the same vision as we do that Space is an expensive venture and requires lots of money.
Award winning program and project manager with more than thirty years experience in architecture, electrical,
mechanical, and civil engineering design who has worked with large national/international architectural and
engineering firms. Experienced in government and private industry with a focus on data centers/NOC, command
centers, hospital and research facility design. Involved in all phases of project—marketing/pitch, design/development,
and construction administration. Consistently meet or exceed deadlines and respect budget.
